Trinh Warner

My goal is to help veterans achieve their highest potential. I know first -hand what it means to serve as an enlisted airman and as a commissioned JAG officer. With over 25 years serving in the US Air Force in addition to private legal practice, I have the specialized skills to guide my clients through any legal challenges they may face while active duty, during the retirement process or after leaving the military. “

Trinh Warner leads the San Antonio office of Patriots Law Group and brings extensive experience and knowledge to our team.  With confidence, she has lead active duty service members, veterans and their families through difficult family law matters, criminal matters, new business startups, employment law violations and VA disability modifications.

A Vietnamese refugee, Ms. Warner escaped Vietnam as a child during the fall of Saigon with just the clothes on her back in a US Air Force C-130. She knew someday, somehow her path would cross with the Air Force once again. Ms. Warner spent her formative years in Louisiana then served as an enlisted Aeromedical Technician and Medic. Following her enlistment, Trinh received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University, Fresno then graduated from Howard University School of Law. She served as a Public Defender in Maricopa and Yuma Counties, Arizona until 2001. After September 11, 2001, Ms. Warner was called back to the Air Force as a JAG. She proudly served for over 25 years with combat deployments to Iraq. While on active duty, Ms. Warner earned her Master's degree in Military Operational Art and Science from Air University. Following her retirement, Ms. Warner volunteered to be an Air Force Junior RTOC instructor whose mission was to educate and train high school cadets in citizenship, community service, responsibility, and leadership.

Ms. Warner is experienced in many types of law, but her passion is family law. She has first- hand experience as an active- duty service member defending access to her child. She knows for military families there can be additional challenges navigating the family law system. Complications can arise when parents are separated from their child by their military obligations or navigating the highly complicated military pay and insurance benefits systems. In these matters, Trinh is not just an attorney but an advisor, problem solver and game changer. She is passionate about helping military families, especially children.
