We are a small firm with offices in both Maryland and Virginia. Our vision is to grow our locations to be close to most major military installations in the United States. We represent servicemembers and their families in a broad range of legal matters.

Our practice areas include: family law, federal litigation, divorce & custody, contracts, employment law, courts-martial & appeals, military administrative discipline issues, officer grade determinations, and security clearance appeals.

TRIAL ATTORNEY

For this position we are seeking an experienced trial attorney looking for an opportunity to grow and possessing the following:

  • Have substantial litigation experience (at least 5 years) – Veteran status and/or family law experience is a plus!
  • Driven to succeed & grow with the firm
  • Ability to handle cases independently from start to finish
  • Be able to perform all aspects of litigation unassisted, including client consultations, depositions, hearing preparation, legal research, appearing in court proceedings, etc.
  • Valid license to practice law in Maryland and/or Virginia
  • Want to make a difference in the military community

SR. LITIGATION PARALEGAL

For this position we are seeking an experienced litigation paralegal looking for an opportunity to grow and possessing the following:

  • Have substantial litigation experience (at least 5 years) – Veteran status and/or family law experience is a plus!
  • Drafting discovery, motions and other filings independently
  • Conducting legal research (mainly the Maryland Rules of Procedure)
  • Electronically filing via MDEC
  • Processing client billing and associated responsibilities
  • Assisting with attorneys' trial prep and trial
  • Ability to work in a firm that focuses on family law, military administrative/criminal matters, and general civil litigation matters.
