Martine Jean is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Real Estate, Business, Employment, Personal Injury, Litigation, and Family practices areas of Patriots Law Group. She earned her law degree from University of Baltimore School of Law in May 2008. Prior to law school, Martine attended Howard University earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science in 2003. Demonstrating a commitment to hard work and sacrifice, Martine also honorably served in the Army Reserve for six years, drilling at Fort George G. Meade in Maryland.
In her practice, Martine advises and represents members and spouses of the Armed Forces in the areas of divorce, alimony, child custody, child support, domestic violence, settlement negotiations, property division, modification and enforcement actions, the Survivor Benefit Plan, military retirement division, Tricare, and other divorce related issues. Her combined experience of past military service and lengthy private practice experience, makes her uniquely qualified to assist military service members navigating through divorce and/or child custody disputes or any other civil legal matters.
