F. Elizabeth Wolfe

Background: Ms. F. Elizabeth Wolfe (“Elizabeth”) is an esteemed family law litigator. She has extensive experience handling complex matters and supporting clients through cases of divorce, alimony, child custody/visitation, child support, spousal support, domestic violence, settlement negotiations, property division, and modification/enforcement of domestic relations orders.  Working primarily out of Patriots Law Group's Fort Belvoir (Lorton), Virginia, location, Elizabeth regularly appears in courts throughout Northern Virginia and Maryland on behalf of service members and their families.

Prior to joining Patriots Law Group, Elizabeth spent four years as a prosecutor with the Accomack County Commonwealth Attorney's office.  She left the prosecutor's office to follow a passion for family law, joining a law firm in Hampton Roads, Virginia. There, Elizabeth specialized in Family Law and defending Reckless Driving cases.

In addition to family law, Elizabeth also represents clients who have been charged with misdemeanor offenses, to include Reckless Driving, DUI 1st, Petit Larceny, and Assault and Battery.

Elizabeth graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University before going on to earn her law degree from Hofstra University Law School. She also holds an M.B.A. from Regent University.
