Two Air Force members stationed at Joint Base Andrews retained PLG to recover a wrongfully withheld security deposit.  The landlord responded to the service member's demand for refund of the security deposit by counter-suing the service members for than $17,000 in fake damages.  Mike Lyons represented the service members at trial and secured a total victory.  Specifically, at trial, the District Court of Maryland (1) dismissed the landlord's complaint, (2) ordered refund of the service members' security deposit and (3) ordered the landlord to pay the service member's attorney's fees!
